About the position

The Account Executive at UberEats is responsible for bringing local and regional small to medium restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, with a focus on building partnerships with top local restaurants. Success is measured by achieving monthly quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants to sign new partnerships in your geographic region.
  • Conduct at least 50 cold calls per day and engage in in-person meetings to establish partnerships.
  • Act as an ambassador for UberEats, creating a great first impression and developing long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Negotiate contracts to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for new restaurant partners.
  • Maintain proactive communication with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions.
  • Passionate about sales and helping restaurants grow their business with Uber Eats.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Good persuasive communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to demonstrate persistence and perseverance in sales efforts.
  • Comfortable thinking on your feet and asking questions.
  • Excited to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
