About the position

As an Account Executive in Data Center Sales, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Albireo Energy's Data Center Solutions Group. This role involves leveraging your extensive experience in data center sales to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including General Contractors, End Users, and Engineers of Record. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with General Contractors, End Users, and Engineers of Record.
  • Utilize existing contacts and network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Present and promote a comprehensive range of products and services, including EPMS, Building Automation, PLC, and Systems Integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center sales, with a proven track record in EPMS, Building Automation, PLC, and Systems Integration.
  • Established relationships with General Contractors, End Users, and Engineers of Record in the data center industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or 4 additional years of experience in Data Center or Systems Integration field.
  • Tech savvy with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Thorough knowledge of building systems.
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various priorities.
  • Personal computer proficiency.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
