About the position

The Account Executive (AE) role at Vestis Services is primarily focused on outside sales, where the AE will drive sales efforts to secure new business and increase market share. The position requires a competitive spirit and strong communication skills, as the AE will be the face of the company, selling uniforms, linens, and facility services. The role includes a structured sales process and a comprehensive training program to ensure success in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and secure new business in the market.
  • Sell uniforms, linens, and facility services to support company growth.
  • Achieve industry-leading sales goals, including 200+ dials per week.
  • Participate in in-person prospecting and sales activities.
  • Follow a structured sales process to maximize success.
  • Utilize technology, including laptops, cell phones, and CRM systems, to stay organized and connected.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and experience.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
  • Previous sales experience, completion of a college degree within the last 18 months, or military service.

Nice-to-haves

  • Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce.
