About the position

S3 Technologies is seeking a full-time Account Executive - Digital Signage to join our sales team in Akron, OH. This role focuses on selling digital signage solutions and SaaS subscriptions to clients in the manufacturing and environmental health and safety sectors. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads within the manufacturing industry to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Grow and convert pipeline from multiple sources, establishing reference customers in the process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our digital signage solutions and SaaS subscription services.
  • Complete 6-8 proposals per month.
  • Develop tailored solutions based on the unique needs and challenges of each manufacturing client.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively research and learn new ways of integrating technology solutions for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Travel to client sites for sales meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Take a leadership role driving S3 sales for your assigned area of focus.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline development and report on opportunities within your assigned territory to deliver sales results.
  • Represent S3 at trade shows, events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or EHS industries or in a technology capacity.
  • Experience selling technology solutions or software-as-a-service (SaaS) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed; valid driver's license required.
