About the position

The Account Executive for the East (Southeast) region is responsible for managing a portfolio of fertility clinics, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves significant travel and requires a proactive approach to client success, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement within the healthcare sector, specifically in male reproductive health and fertility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of Fertility Centers and Community Providers internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain operational infrastructure in new markets, including onboarding and implementing Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at each fertility clinic in the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase referrals and revenue across the portfolio.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to each clinic in the portfolio to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to clinic staff to improve their knowledge of our products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and referral rates.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on portfolio performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management.
  • Healthcare experience is required.
  • Experience in the fertility market strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and develop strategic account plans.
  • Project management experience with a strength of 'pulling the thread all the way through,' you are a proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
