About the position
The Account Executive for Endoscopy Services at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is responsible for driving sales revenue and increasing market share within a designated territory, specifically the northern half of Texas. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, promoting core products, maintaining existing customer relationships, and educating the market on product benefits. The Account Executive is expected to establish a strong network with partner representatives and possess a deep understanding of competitive products to effectively serve as an Endoscopic Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue and overall market share inside the regional territory as directed.
- Pursue new business and develop new methods of attaining business.
- Implement strategic business plans to achieve a 10% annual increase in market share and meet specific goals for the position and territory.
- Direct the customer engagement process to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.
- Strong understanding of endoscopy products and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
