About the position

As an Account Executive on the Engagement Platforms Squad at Infobip, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by targeting B2B2C clients and helping them enhance their offerings through Infobip's communication capabilities. This position involves developing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with various teams to ensure client success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business by targeting Platforms/ISV companies who sell business solutions to their customers.
  • Identify Tier-1 target companies/industry verticals and proactively sell communication capabilities to these Platform companies.
  • Understand clients' businesses and identify innovative use cases for Infobip's products.
  • Utilize Salesforce for prospecting, managing sales forecasting, and account strategy.
  • Seek new business opportunities in the Platform customer segment to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to develop service/solution proposals.
  • Hunt and acquire new accounts, transitioning them to Customer Growth Executives for further development.
  • Achieve quarterly/annual targets related to converted leads, retention, revenue, and gross profit.
  • Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships and mentor others.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience managing a full sales cycle with a successful track record.
  • Experience selling Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) is essential.
  • Experience selling into ISVs is required.
  • Reasonable understanding of APIs and/or a technical background in the field of expertise.
  • Established relationships in the B2B2C market.
  • Prior experience selling to e-Commerce, MarTech, FinTech, or Healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and interact with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with prospects and customers.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
