The Enterprise Account Executive at T-Mobile is responsible for driving transformative business outcomes for Fortune 1000 companies by selling wireless services and solutions. The position requires a blend of remote and in-office work, focusing on strategic business engagement, new logo acquisition, and sales excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive transformative business outcomes for Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Develop customer relationships to sell products and services.
  • Prospect, cold-call, network, and generate leads through referrals.
  • Manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs and matching them to T-Mobile's product portfolio.
  • Acquire new enterprise logos through strategic hunting and targeted outreach.
  • Apply advanced sales force automation and funnel management tools to improve sales efficiency.
  • Lead the sales funnel and generate insightful analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Conduct detailed market research to craft impactful sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with large organizations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4-7 years of acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment (Required)
  • 2-4 years of technology or wireless sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies (Required)
  • Strong sales, account management, communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills (Required)
