About the position

The Enterprise Account Executive at Synthesia is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. This role focuses on generating and establishing opportunities within designated accounts, particularly targeting organizations with 1,000 to 10,000 employees. The position requires effective communication of the value of Synthesia's AI video communications platform, with the goal of achieving ambitious revenue targets and expanding the company's footprint within existing enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Run a full sales cycle with Enterprise customers from cold outreach to close.
  • Build account plans and identify top targets for prospecting.
  • Take full ownership of building your own sales pipeline.
  • Use MEDDPICC to qualify and identify risks across all opportunities.
  • Present and sell directly to Director-level and above, building champions within organizations.
  • Work with existing enterprise customers to expand Synthesia's footprint within their organizations.
  • Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Forecast monthly on all deals in Gong.
  • Collaborate with teams across Synthesia to ensure resources are available to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consistent B2B, SaaS Sales experience, with 3 years selling into enterprise-sized companies.
  • Experience in disruptive, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC.
  • Demonstrable success and overachievement on new business targets.
  • Experience as part of a high-performing, scaling team.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal and written English skills.
