About the position

INNOCEAN USA is seeking an Account Executive for Experiential marketing to support the management of national auto shows and enhance the Hyundai Regional Auto Show Program. This role involves budget management, lead generation, and coordination of various operational aspects of auto shows, ensuring alignment with Hyundai's brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Hyundai National/Regional Auto Shows.
  • Coordinate billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of operations and fabrication budgets according to contracts.
  • Support Executive Hotel / Food and Beverage programs for LA and NY Auto Shows.
  • Manage the Hyundai Product Specialist program, including travel and billing.
  • Work with Hyundai personnel, marketing promoters, and suppliers to align onsite activities with brand strategy.
  • Process space contracts and purchase orders, initiating billing and invoicing for shows.
  • Manage budget tracking and reconciliation for auto show projects.
  • Produce and track estimates and work order changes for operations and fabrication projects.
  • Ensure compliance with logistical and budgetary requirements outlined in contracts.
  • Manage order placement and documentation for auto show vendors and subcontractors.
  • Assist in preparing the client's annual operating budget and monthly forecasts.
  • Track expenses and revenue against budget to analyze fluctuations.
  • Support IWA auto show teams with special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of account/project management and client interface experience.
  • Experience in advertising or experiential agency and auto shows is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Passionate about learning and understanding human behavior and culture.
  • Ability to inspire creative thinking and new approaches to work.
  • Highly analytical with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Driven to independently add value and create opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
  • Intellectually curious and motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
