About the position

As an Account Executive at Western Financial Group, you will leverage your insurance expertise to manage a book of business, ensuring that customers receive the necessary coverage. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients, promoting retention, and providing quality customer service while navigating various insurance partner portals.

Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services required.
  • Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
  • Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients.
  • Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
  • Engage in continuous self-development through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses.

Requirements

  • RIBO License required.
  • Experience providing excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience.
  • A desire to learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different work environments.
  • Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
