About the position

The Account Executive (AE) role is a dynamic outside sales position focused on driving sales and expanding market share for uniform sales, linens, and facility services. The AE will work independently and collaboratively within a rapidly growing sales team, utilizing a structured sales process to secure new business and enhance customer experiences. This position requires strong communication skills, a competitive spirit, and a commitment to achieving industry-leading sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and secure new business for uniforms, linens, and facility services.
• Achieve a minimum of 200 dials per week and meet in-person prospecting targets.
• Complete a comprehensive paid sales training program to gain product knowledge and mentorship.
• Follow a structured sales process to ensure success in both independent and team settings.
• Utilize technology, including laptops, cell phones, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, to stay organized and connected.
• Provide exceptional customer service and experience as the face of the company.
• Overcome objections and effectively demonstrate the value of our products.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
• Previous sales experience; OR completion of a college degree within the last 18 months; OR military service.

Nice-to-haves

• Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce.
