About the position

As an Account Executive in the GBS Supply Chain team at Gartner, you will leverage your sales expertise to partner with existing clients, focusing on account retention and growth. This role involves collaborating with C-Level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. You will be responsible for forecasting and account planning, contributing to the success of clients with significant annual revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with existing Gartner clients to address their critical priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for account retention and growth through contract expansion.
  • Collaborate with C-Level executives to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Guide customer satisfaction and account retention by working with clients and internal teams.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of consultative, B2B sales experience.
  • Experience prospecting to the C-Suite and senior-level leadership of enterprise businesses.
  • Quick learning attributes to navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Demonstrated strong sales processes and strategies.
  • Proven track record of overachievement on goals or quotas.
