Responsibilities

  • Achieve Domain Knowledge: Understand the HDI products and the U.S. News' Best Hospitals' data sets and methodologies at a deep level.
  • Drive New Business: Meet/exceed new business sales targets. Generate quality leads and research the marketplace for continued sources of revenue growth. Identify new potential clients.
  • Outreach: Build awareness through targeted outreach, discovery calls, tailored product demonstrations, client presentations, and outreach campaigns.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain rapport with new clients through exceptional service. Develop account plans and guide potential customers through the buying process.
  • Strategy: Develop sales strategies based on industry trends and data. Work with the Hospital Data Insights team and USNWR to build this business.

Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B sales
  • Experience in SaaS sales
  • Client relations experience
  • Training and development experience
  • Exposure to working with data and product teams
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude
