About the position

The Account Executive at Revival Home Health is responsible for developing and managing a network of providers and community-based clinics to promote home health services. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, educating referral sources, and achieving sales targets to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an assigned network of providers, facilities, and community-based clinics.
  • Create and implement a market strategy to exceed quotas for episodic payer admissions for home health services.
  • Stay updated on home health trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Build long-term relationships to support customer satisfaction and company growth.
  • Sustain and grow key established accounts while identifying new referral sources through prospecting and sales calls.
  • Educate referral sources about agency services and appropriate documentation for home care admissions.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to align insurance payer mix with company expectations.
  • Execute strategies to increase market presence through key account development.
  • Provide guidance to referral sources and internal staff to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • More than 2 years of sales experience, preferably in business development or a healthcare-related role.
