About the position

The Account Executive for Home Health Care at Care First Home Health is responsible for developing business partnerships to generate referral growth in the home health sector. This role involves making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations to various stakeholders, including physicians, facilities, and community agencies, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory plans to achieve growth goals.
• Build business relationships with providers through effective sales calls and presentations.
• Maintain professional knowledge of provider services.
• Act as a liaison between referral partners and the agency.
• Meet with patients and families to discuss home care services and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with the Intake department and patient care resources staff for effective communication.
• Update and maintain customer and competitor profiles and logs of daily call activity.
• Participate in marketing efforts to educate the healthcare community about home health programs.
• Prepare monthly tracking reports on referral sources and market changes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and accept constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in home care sales or a related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs for communication and presentations.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
