About the position

The Account Executive at Better @ Home of Ocala, part of LHC Group, is responsible for driving sales and market share growth in the home health sector. This role emphasizes building relationships with the referral community, educating patients and families about available resources, and achieving personal production goals. Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and MC admit budgets for assigned locations.
  • Execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development.
  • Plan activities to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
  • Conduct effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth.
  • Manage all sales administration duties including CRM expense entry and compliance.
  • Educate the medical community about the services of the organization through effective sales calls.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
