About the position

The Account Executive at Revival Home Health is responsible for developing and managing relationships with healthcare providers and community-based clinics to promote home health services. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, educating referral sources, and achieving sales targets to enhance the agency's market presence and contribute to its growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an assigned network of providers, facilities, and community-based clinics within a specific territory.
  • Create and implement a market strategy to meet or exceed quotas for episodic payer admissions for home health services.
  • Stay updated on home health trends and regulatory requirements to maintain expertise in the market.
  • Build and sustain key established accounts while identifying and developing new referral sources through prospecting and sales calls.
  • Educate referral sources about the agency's services and appropriate documentation for patient admissions.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to align referral source engagement with company expectations.
  • Execute strategies to increase market presence through key account development.
  • Provide professional guidance to ensure patient and referral source satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or more than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Successful experience in business development or a healthcare-related role.
