About the position

The Account Executive (AE) at ANX Home Healthcare & Hospice Care is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing new clientele within San Mateo County. This role focuses on building market leadership by analyzing market trends, identifying prospects, and deepening business relationships through various marketing techniques. The AE will work independently with minimal guidance, supported by the executive team, to drive business growth and ensure a strong company presence in the area.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop new clientele within assigned territory.
• Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to identify potential partners.
• Utilize cold calling, email marketing, and face-to-face selling to generate awareness.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and changes in government regulations.
• Plan and achieve territory revenue and admission goals.
• Manage relationships with referral partners and internal departments to promote seamless operations.
• Maintain an active database of referral partners and promote a consistent flow of referrals.
• Conduct account performance analysis and develop quarterly/annual reviews.
• Deliver educational programs to maintain positive customer relations.
• Participate in company-sponsored education and development events.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of enterprise sales experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare industry.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer competency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of CRMs, EMRs, and data analytics platforms preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.
