The Account Executive - Hunter role at NAVEX is focused on new business development, where the individual will identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within their designated territory. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Prospect and acquire new logos within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate the value of NAVEX products to potential clients.
  • Manage new customer relationships for the first six months post-acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Product Specialists, and Sales VP to ensure resource availability for success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience targeting midmarket and Enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling SaaS-based solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with value selling and strategic selling methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Solution Selling, SPIN, or Challenger.
  • Strong prospecting, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to identify and improve operational processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
