About the position

The Talent Solutions Manager at Randstad is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by selling staffing solutions to prospective clients and expanding business within current clients. This role involves recruiting top talent to match clients' staffing needs and utilizing technology to enhance both talent and client experiences. The position requires a strong focus on building relationships, generating leads, and achieving financial objectives through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects in need of workforce services & solutions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person
  • Foster strategic partnerships by engaging key decision-makers through various communication channels
  • Execute activities that will gain results, including cold calls, phone calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings
  • Generate gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market
  • Negotiate pay and bill rates to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
  • Listen to diagnose workforce gaps limiting a client's growth potential
  • Coach and retain talent via phone, virtually, and in-person
  • Offer innovative and creative workforce solutions
  • Provide services that consistently delight clients and talent

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of business experience, ideally in B2B sales or staffing
  • Preferably background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, or Business Operations
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment
  • Experience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
