About the position

The Account Executive II for Calvin Klein Women's Jeans and Sportswear is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the Off-Price Channel. This role focuses on achieving sales plans and profitability goals while managing relationships with key retail accounts and ensuring effective product presentation and execution in stores.

Responsibilities

  • Support high volume accounts and directly run mid-low volume accounts
  • Serve as primary and/or secondary contact for select accounts
  • Create and implement seasonal business plans/proposals to retailers
  • Establish strong retail relationships with buying teams and management
  • Manage and report internal financial shipping estimates and order files
  • Present seasonal product lines to accounts with proposed assortment that align with design vision and sales objectives
  • Secure orders and ensure accurate flow of information is reflected, including delivery dates, style information, and order style adjustments
  • Travel to account store locations (branching) to ensure execution of product on floor is accurate and handle any location/visual issues
  • Communicate retailers' feedback to Direct Manager and VP of Sales regarding market feedback, competitive product, and any relevant opportunities voiced by retailers to optimally fulfill the stores' needs
  • Partner with planning teams regarding in season performance and future season sell in strategies
  • Provide updated shipping information to retailer partners
  • Manage & analyze sales trend to call out opportunities and risk
  • Work with planning team to build flow, track selling, etc.
  • Update sales analysis

Requirements

  • College degree
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in buying, account management or planning in a wholesale/retail environment
  • Leadership Skills
  • Well Organized
  • Strategic problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Math and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Flexibility with Schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
