About the position

KGET 17 is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to drive video marketing initiatives and manage a portfolio of partnerships. This role involves collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative marketing strategies across linear and digital platforms, while achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong prospect list using research tools and CRM.
  • Connect with potential clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Communicate KGET value propositions and schedule meetings.
  • Build and collaborate on proposals and present solutions to clients.
  • Strengthen and grow existing partnerships and optimize campaigns strategically.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals while maintaining an accurate revenue forecast.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in media sales or related fields.
  • Experience in consultative selling.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and proposal building skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technology, and processes.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and organized personality.
  • Quick thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented with a focus on positive momentum.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
