Aon is seeking an Account Executive III to join our team in either Dallas or Houston, TX. In this pivotal role, you will be part of an industry-leading team that empowers results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our Construction business group. As an Account Executive III, you will take on the responsibility of day-to-day account management, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will oversee the execution of daily service activities performed by the Aon service team, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on building, expanding, and solidifying relationships with existing clients at executive levels within their organizations. You will lead the appropriate resources to address the client's risk and capital management needs, analyzing the range of risk financing programs commercially available. This includes performing coverage comparisons with brokers across all major lines of business to ensure that our clients receive the best possible solutions. In addition to securing existing business, you will drive the sale of additional services and coverages across solution lines. This strategic role requires you to cultivate relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate with Producers on new business initiatives and prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing of services, ensuring account profitability through a value-based approach. Your role will also involve conducting thorough needs assessments of clients' business objectives and coordinating Aon's resources to execute their needs effectively. Staying current on relevant industry data is crucial, as you will be expected to introduce innovative ideas that help clients manage risk with a fresh perspective. You will possess strong influence across the Aon organization, aligning resources to best serve client needs and solving complex risk management problems. As part of your responsibilities, you will prepare for DAU red sheeting sessions on accounts and participate in both the Office Pricing Council and National Pricing Council as required. You will also have the opportunity to earn badges, such as the Articulating Value Badge, RFP Rehearsal Coach Badge, and Redsheet Facilitator Badge, showcasing your expertise and commitment to professional development. Additionally, you will nominate clients for the Client Network Cohort and participate in the cohort if selected.
