About the position

The Account Executive (AE) role at Vestis is designed for individuals who thrive in an outside sales environment and possess a competitive spirit. The AE will focus on driving sales primarily in uniform sales, while also promoting linens and facility services. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to influence potential clients, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive paid training program to develop their sales skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and secure new business in the uniform, linens, and facility services sectors.
• Achieve industry-leading sales goals, including 200+ dials per week and in-person prospecting targets.
• Follow a structured sales process to maximize success in both independent and team settings.
• Utilize technology, including laptops, cell phones, and CRM systems, to stay organized and connected.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the customer experience.
• Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value of our products.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
• Previous sales experience or completion of a college degree within the last 18 months or military service.

Nice-to-haves

• Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce.
