About the position

The Account Executive - Indirect Retail role serves as a key liaison between Spectrum and its Indirect retailer portfolio, focusing on revenue growth through effective management of relationships and daily operations within an assigned retail territory. This position emphasizes new business development, vendor performance monitoring, and the implementation of policies to enhance the customer experience while ensuring brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Spectrum and assigned indirect retailers.
• Grow revenues by managing day-to-day relationships with assigned partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for new and existing business.
• Monitor vendor performance and implement process improvements.
• Build strong vendor relationships and manage daily execution in the retail territory.
• Conduct audits, field visits, training, and business reviews with partners.
• Collaborate with partners to create and manage growth plans.
• Coordinate special events and oversee staffing and sales execution.
• Forecast and allocate monthly sales goals to partners.
• Meet or exceed assigned KPI metrics including sales quotas and product mix.
• Provide frequent reports to channel leadership on sales impact and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong sales presentation skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and utilize Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable transportation and a valid State driver's license.
