Responsibilities

• Execute and manage multiple influencer campaigns, maintaining deadlines and content quality.
• Manage relationships with influencers, providing value beyond transactional interactions.
• Source and recommend talent tailored to campaign objectives.
• Act as the primary contact for influencers, facilitating content development and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop trend-driven briefs that align product focus with market trends.
• Align client business priorities with campaign strategies and drive discussions with clients.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and payment coordination.
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest innovative approaches.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile data, and derive actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in project management and multitasking across campaigns.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proofreading abilities.
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines and industry best practices.
• Experience with tools like CreatorIQ for influencer identification and measurement.
