About the position

The Account Executive role at Sybridge Technologies focuses on developing and managing relationships with Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers within the Mobility & Industrial Solutions Division. This position is crucial for driving new customer acquisitions and establishing long-term partnerships, contributing significantly to the sales growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in business development and sales in the manufacturing sector, particularly in injection molding and mold tooling, to enhance the company's market presence and customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships that drive long-term enterprise value.
  • Acquire new customers among Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers, converting them into profitable, revenue-generating accounts.
  • Grow customer relationships and drive year-over-year (YoY) pipeline and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute an aggressive client acquisition strategy across M&IS verticals.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce and other software tools.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to manage complex contracts, including long-term agreements with customers.
  • Articulate SyBridge's strategic vision, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships with prospective customers.
  • Establish and refine enterprise-level customer acquisition processes, executing and continuously improving them.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales and/or Procurement within M&IS.
  • 10+ years working with Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers in M&IS.
  • 8+ years in injection molding, mold tooling, prototyping, or related industries.
  • Strong network within the injection molding and tooling sectors.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing nuances and customer expectations.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow new customer relationships.
  • History of driving commercial innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple (50+) distinct customers efficiently.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing sales organization with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to define offerings, market capabilities, and forge new manufacturing partnerships using innovative approaches.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic enterprise sales with multiple technical product offerings.
  • Creative thinker with a talent for identifying new ways to create value.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for customer-facing presentations and organized spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Must have an injection molding and tooling industry background.
  • Fluency in English and Korean is required.
