About the position

The Account Executive/Loan Officer at Accelerated Funding is responsible for driving business growth through outbound sales efforts in the Real Estate Private Lending sector. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and excelling in sales negotiations to secure favorable loan terms. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a boutique lending environment backed by in-house capital and strong partnerships with top-tier investment funds.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in outbound sales to generate leads and close deals in the hard money lending space.
  • Perform targeted cold calling to a minimum of 50 prospective clients daily.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with provided leads.
  • Utilize sales negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Originate loans by working closely with clients in the real estate finance sector.
  • Manage and expand client relationships through lead generation and client acquisition while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in mortgage origination, private money / hard money lending.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, sales negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Expertise in driving business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in an in-office setting, collaborating with the team.
