Responsibilities

  • Execute medium complexity full sales cycles including managing multiple touchpoints for following up with deliverables such as proposals for multiple stakeholders.
  • Execute the full sales life cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing, ensuring consistent, predictable revenue growth.
  • Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns to connect with potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations to showcase the value of our AI-driven legal technology.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on selling AI solutions to law firms.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve/exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, legal tech innovations, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of mid-market SaaS sales experience ideally with legal tech industry experience or law background.
  • 2+ years of successfully achieving sales quotas every quarter with a proven track record of achieving an annual quota of $600K.
  • Must have experience executing full sales life cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Proven success in navigating multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles of a medium complexity level.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of managing your own pipeline.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule.
  • An entrepreneurial and determined attitude with a massive drive to meet targets, and the confidence to work independently without daily oversight.
  • Excited to work in a startup environment; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
