About the position

The Account Executive for Mid Market at ezCater is responsible for acquiring and launching new accounts within the Mid-Market segment. This role involves consultative selling to understand and address the food for work needs of companies, ensuring a successful onboarding experience for new clients. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing various channels to connect with prospects and demonstrating ezCater's unique value proposition in the workplace technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and launch new accounts in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and inbound leads.
  • Lead with consultative selling to diagnose companies' food for work needs.
  • Ensure successful onboarding for the first 90 days of new clients.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by understanding organizational needs.
  • Showcase ezCater's value proposition to prospects.
  • Tailor conversations to the buyer persona of prospects.
  • Provide engaging demonstrations of Corporate Solutions offerings.
  • Maintain account relationships and ensure successful activation.
  • Utilize multiple channels for prospecting, including social media, phone, and email.
  • Leverage tech tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record.
  • Experience selling workplace technology solutions.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Experience in prospecting and winning multi-location accounts across various industries.
  • Experience nurturing newly won accounts during onboarding.
  • Ability to partner with Business Development Representatives to target accounts.
  • Proactive and strategic in outbound sales processes.
  • Highly organized and self-accountable in work.
  • Natural curiosity and conversation skills for effective sales.
  • Demonstrated coachability and desire for continuous learning.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to make an impact.
