About the position

The National Account Executive at Securitas Electronic Security Inc. is a sales-focused role aimed at expanding the company's market presence by generating leads and building relationships with national and large regional accounts. This position involves working from a home office to present commercial electronic security products and services, while also managing existing accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a combination of sales acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build relationships with national and large regional accounts.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and new opportunities using a CRM application.
  • Review account activities and performance to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Resolve operational issues with internal teams as they arise.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand opportunities within the current customer base.
  • Provide effective sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Core Commercial Sales teams and Field Sales Engineers for site surveys.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all customer needs and resolve any problems.
  • Evaluate and complete RFI and RFP requests using cross-functional resources.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions.
  • Prior experience in the sales and delivery of consultative service solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to network and generate leads to win new accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen, including negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies.
  • Availability for up to 50% travel within assigned territory.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
