About the position

The Account Executive at EssilorLuxottica is responsible for managing existing accounts and driving sales growth for Essilor branded products within their assigned territory. This role involves building strong customer relationships, utilizing corporate tools for sales tracking, and collaborating with lab personnel to optimize customer service and sales performance. The Account Executive will also engage in territory prospecting to acquire new accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and technical expertise to enhance customer loyalty and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts and drive sales performance for Essilor branded products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer service and lab personnel.
  • Utilize corporate tools to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives.
  • Partner with Specialists to drive growth and training opportunities.
  • Develop existing account base (75%) and gain new accounts via territory prospecting (25%).
  • Review cycle plan, market conditions, and customer needs with District Sales Manager to plan territory sales strategy.
  • Implement strategies for all accounts and create in-depth strategies for key accounts.
  • Use analytical tools to manage territory accounts effectively.
  • Conduct account seminars for large and small audiences.
  • Anticipate and address customer needs proactively.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Customer service orientation required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and/or client relations.
