About the position

The Account Executive of Onboard Marketing at Royal Caribbean Group is responsible for supporting the Sr Account Executive in developing and facilitating branding guidelines for the Silversea brand. This role involves managing communications, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring alignment with branding strategies to enhance guest awareness of onboard offerings. The position requires a proactive approach to sustaining partnerships and executing global branding initiatives to meet satisfaction targets across all onboard channels.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain partnerships with operations and brand teams to ensure alignment with branding and communications strategies.
  • Assist in implementing initiatives through integrated onboard communications channels to engage guests.
  • Support the development of consumer-facing communications such as signs and flyers, and digital entertainment talk tracks for shipboard teams.
  • Track analytics of onboard marketing work and create monthly recaps for Silversea leadership.
  • Leverage brand comment cards and trend research to recommend improvements and competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or agency experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of curriculum development experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of brand strategy and analytical thinking.
