About the position

The Account Executive at Grand Canyon Education is responsible for overseeing the Dallas, TX territory, focusing on helping Grand Canyon University students succeed through educational support. This role involves strategic planning, partnership building, and providing exceptional counseling to prospective students. The position is remote, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement event/activity plans to build awareness of online academic programs.
  • Shape high impact partnerships and execute daily work through presentations, calls, and emails.
  • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families through various communication mediums.
  • Support prospective students through the admissions process, guiding them towards a successful online learning experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
  • Outstanding time management skills to prioritize competing priorities while traveling.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with well-developed listening skills.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed, taking ownership of interactions with students.
  • High emotional intelligence to coach a diverse range of students and develop partner relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for extensive travel in the territory.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
