About the position

The Account Executive - Outside Sales role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers within a designated sales territory. The position involves traveling to meet clients, achieving sales targets, and utilizing Salesforce for opportunity management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned sales territory.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate strategically with potential and existing customers to close sales.
  • Conduct onsite visits with property managers and supers to assess and propose necessary work in the building.
  • Upload and create opportunities in Salesforce and close these opportunities to achieve overall quarterly goals.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in outside sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
