About the position

The Account Executive / Outside Sales position at Unity Hospice involves serving as a community relations representative, focusing on building relationships with healthcare providers and promoting hospice services. The role is dedicated to ensuring that patients and their families receive compassionate end-of-life care, while also contributing to the growth of the hospice through strategic sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing facilities, etc.
  • Promote Unity Hospice as the premier hospice and the best choice for end-of-life care.
  • Develop strategic sales plans resulting in increased hospice referrals and census growth.
  • Educate referral partners, patients, and families about hospice and end-of-life care.
  • Assist patients and families with completing consent and other documentation.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Driver's license, insurance, and vehicle.
  • Ability to build relationships that result in company growth.
  • Utmost compassion and integrity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospice care (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare sales (1 year preferred).
