About the position

As an Account Executive in Outside Sales at Hall's Culligan Water, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. This role is crucial for expanding the company's customer base and establishing strong relationships with clients, leveraging your strong customer relationship management skills and product knowledge to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels for lead generation.
  • Cold call, email, and network to generate leads and create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address their business challenges through consultative selling.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services effectively, highlighting their value to clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated competency in computer and tablet use.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-direct activities and manage time effectively for productivity.
  • Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis.
