About the position

The Account Executive (AE) for Payor Solutions at CVS Health serves as a key liaison for Healthspire Payor Solutions clients, focusing on account management and client satisfaction. This role involves leveraging sales expertise to drive business growth through client renewals, retention, and upselling. The AE will develop and deliver performance reports to clients, ensuring they receive value from CVS Health's services. Success in this position is measured by revenue growth and client satisfaction, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Healthspire Payor Solutions clients.
  • Lead the account team and ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to identify and influence client upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly and annual financial performance reports to clients.
  • Grow revenue for the assigned book of business and achieve exceptional client satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on CVS Health's programs, solutions, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
  • Valid and current driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Account Management experience in the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing health plan accounts.
