About the position

The Account Executive (AE) for Payor Solutions at CVS Health serves as a key liaison for Healthspire Payor Solutions clients, focusing on client satisfaction and business growth through renewal, retention, and upselling. This role requires a consultative approach to sales, leveraging expertise to influence client decisions and deliver value through financial performance reporting. The AE will work closely with internal and external leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client happiness while navigating the competitive PBM market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Healthspire Payor Solutions clients.
• Lead the account team and take full ownership of client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Utilize consultative selling skills to identify and recommend solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver quarterly and annual reports on client financial performance and clinical program value.
• Grow revenue for the assigned book of business through renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to build strong relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
• Valid and current driver's license.
• Personal vehicle that is reliable and appropriately insured.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Account Management experience in the pharmacy or healthcare industry.
• Experience managing health plan accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
