About the position

The Account Executive (AE) role at Vestis Services is primarily focused on driving sales in the uniform, linens, and facility services sectors. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in an outside sales environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team. The AE will be responsible for securing new business, increasing market share, and providing exceptional customer experiences while adhering to a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and secure new business in the uniform, linens, and facility services sectors.
• Achieve industry-leading sales goals, including 200+ dials per week and in-person prospecting targets.
• Participate in a comprehensive paid sales training program to gain product knowledge and mentorship.
• Utilize technology, including laptops, cell phones, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, to stay organized and connected.
• Provide exceptional customer service and experience as the face of the company.
• Overcome objections and effectively demonstrate the value of our products and services.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
• Previous sales experience; OR completion of a college degree within the last 18 months; OR military service.

Nice-to-haves

• Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce.
