About the position

The Account Executive for TherOx SSO2 Therapy at Zoll Medical Corporation is responsible for driving sales and profits through effective management of capital and disposable sales processes within hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). This role involves building strong business relationships with key stakeholders, generating sales of the SSO2 Therapy System, and collaborating with marketing to enhance product adoption and customer education. The successful candidate will work independently while orchestrating plans to penetrate target accounts and institutions of influence in the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed company sales and profits through effective management of sales processes.
  • Build business relationships with key stakeholders across the hospital and IDN system.
  • Generate sales of the complete SSO2 Therapy System including consoles and disposables.
  • Assist in planning and participation for events, trade shows, and medical meetings.
  • Develop and execute tactical business plans in support of overarching strategic plans.
  • Stay within approved spending budgets and create opportunities for cross-selling across ZOLL market segments.
  • Interact daily with field-based customers and share best practices for IDN proliferation strategies.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of successful selling experience in US healthcare markets or equivalent education and experience.
  • Extensive experience in selling into complex hospital systems and IDN hospitals.
  • Experience in emerging medical technology preferred.
  • C-suite executive presence and capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships in organizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in C-suite relationship building and partnership.
  • Track record of successful collaboration with marketing for product launches.
  • Demonstrated success selling systems and solutions at the administrative levels of healthcare organizations.
