About the position

The position involves leading sales efforts for ZOLL's innovative medical technologies, specifically focusing on the SS02 Therapy System within hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth while ensuring effective collaboration with marketing and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Build business relationships with key stakeholders across the hospital and IDN system, including physicians and nursing leadership.
• Generate sales of the complete SS02 Therapy System including consoles and disposables.
• Assist in planning and participation for events, trade shows, and medical meetings.
• Coordinate and plan participation in customer-specific events.
• Develop and execute tactical business plans in support of overarching strategic plans.
• Stay within approved spending budgets.
• Create opportunities for cross-selling across ZOLL market segments.
• Interact daily with field-based customers.
• Work as a team member to share best practices of IDN proliferation strategies and business plan execution.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of successful selling experience in US healthcare markets or equivalent education and experience.
• Extensive experience in selling into complex hospital systems and IDNs.
• Experience in emerging medical technology preferred.
• C-suite executive presence and capabilities.
• Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships in organizations.
• Track record of successful collaboration with marketing for product launches.
• Demonstrated success selling systems and solutions at administrative levels of healthcare organizations.
• Advanced computer skills and organization/time management skills.
