About the position

As an Account Executive II at MLee Healthcare, you will be instrumental in maintaining and nurturing client relationships while managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. This role focuses on building strong connections with clients and recruiters, understanding their staffing needs, and providing exceptional service to facilitate successful staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings, working with recruiters.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services to existing clients based on their evolving staffing needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand current open positions and talent requirements for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collection goals, fostering a harmonious work environment with financial rewards.
  • Utilize data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the client relationship management process.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.
  • Initiative and self-motivation in proactively sourcing and engaging with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software, social media platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Adherence to ethical conduct and integrity in all recruiting activities.
