About the position

The Account Executive/Recruiter is responsible for qualifying, acquiring, servicing, maintaining, and expanding the client base for staffing services. This role involves recruiting, screening, evaluating, and matching qualified candidates to specific job orders, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. The position requires a strong focus on client development, relationship building, and achieving sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and acquire new clients through active campaigning and outside sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through on-site visits and communication.
• Obtain job orders from clients through marketing calls and referrals.
• Maintain credit and collection standards in accordance with company policies.
• Continuously develop an applicant base through recruiting and referrals.
• Interview, evaluate, and reference candidates to determine their suitability for placement.
• Coach and counsel applicants as required to enhance their employability.
• Maximize gross margin dollars and full-time cash-in by utilizing effective sales techniques.
• Manage collections and aging of accounts, referring to management when necessary.
• Process weekly temporary payroll and comply with expense report guidelines.
