About the position

The Account Executive/Recruiter position at AppleOne is designed to qualify, acquire, service, maintain, and expand the client base. The primary objective is to obtain job orders, which may include temporary, temp-to-full-time, and full-time placements, solicited from the business community. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, screening, evaluating, and matching qualified candidates to the specific job order requirements of clients, ensuring high levels of client retention. The Account Executive/Recruiter will contribute to the professional standing of AppleOne as a personnel staffing service by providing outstanding customer service and results to both clients and applicants. The position demands a continuous effort to meet the needs of clients and customers, as well as the development, coaching, counseling, and recommendation of applicants as required. The role involves significant client development and rapport building, with an emphasis on outside sales, which constitutes approximately 51% of the time. The Account Executive/Recruiter will actively campaign target accounts, develop client relationships through on-site visits, and engage in new client development. Maintaining minimum sales standards for temporary billing and full-time cash-in is essential, with these standards determined by the Branch Manager. The position requires interfacing with clients to identify their needs, presenting programs, and obtaining job orders through various means, including marketing calls and referrals. Additionally, the role involves maintaining credit and collection standards in accordance with company policies, continuously developing an applicant base through recruiting, reactivating, and referrals, and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' skill levels and suitability for employment. The Account Executive/Recruiter will also be responsible for maximizing gross margin dollars and full-time cash-in by utilizing effective business philosophies and sales techniques. Managing collections and aging of accounts is crucial, with referrals to management when necessary. The position includes processing weekly temporary payroll and complying with regional and corporate expense report guidelines. Collaboration with the Manager, Regional Manager, and Key Accounts is expected when dealing with key or major accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, acquire, service, maintain and expand client base.
  • Obtain job orders (temp, temp to full-time and full-time) from the business community.
  • Recruit, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to clients' specific job order requirements.
  • Ensure client retention through outstanding customer service and results.
