About the position

The Account Executive (Sales Closer) at Compliance Insight, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. This position requires a confident and driven individual who excels in closing deals and nurturing prospective buyers. The role emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and the ability to create a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process. The Account Executive will manage their own client pipeline, engage with prospects, and demonstrate how Compliance Insight's services can meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Must have successful sales experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Biologics consulting industries.
  • Ability to forge C-level relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy to drive profitable growth.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM.
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.
  • Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the 'notes' section of CRM.
  • Educate prospects on our services from an expert perspective.
  • Allow Management to shadow calls and give feedback.
  • Available most days from 9 am-5 pm ET to take and make calls.
  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and industry.
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients.
  • Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to Management.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and B2B sales.
  • High-volume transactional sales experience for high ticket offers.
  • Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference.
  • Experience with business to business (B2B).
  • Must be great at presenting.
  • Open to learning new processes in sales.
  • Routine driven.
  • Open to growing rapidly.
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time.
  • Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader.
