About the position

The Account Executive/Sales role is focused on generating new business revenue through the sale of residential properties to investors. The position requires proactive engagement with leads, strategic planning for business growth, and effective management of a sales pipeline to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Contact leads and generate new business revenue through sales of residential properties to investors.
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop strategic plans for growing the business.
  • Identify, manage, and close on a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Cold calling and showing properties.
  • Work independently in the office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales, solar sales, or a related B2B field is preferred.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B sales (1 year preferred).
