About the position

The Account Executive (Sales) role at Epsilon is focused on driving sales growth by helping ecommerce businesses leverage personalization to enhance customer experiences. This position is integral to achieving the company's goal of expanding its Mid-Market presence and involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing contracts. The role requires collaboration with various teams and is based in New York City, operating in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help Epsilon deliver on the company-wide goal of growing the Mid-Market presence.
  • Deliver quarterly revenue numbers based on closing new contracts for Yieldify.
  • Grow and maintain a healthy pipeline including self-sourced opportunities.
  • Identify and uncover personalization needs based on ecommerce opportunities unique to each prospect.
  • Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature.
  • Effectively manage the sales process ensuring that prospects are educated and engaged, earning their trust.
  • Maintain an understanding of products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers and partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of MarTech and personalization tools.
  • Experience selling Software as a Service with multi-year contracts.
  • Experience selling to clients in the mid-market space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
