About the position

The Account Executive for the monday Service product is a key role focused on scaling ESM sales by leveraging expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge. This position involves owning the full sales cycle, collaborating with Account Managers, leading demos, and developing strategies to enhance the product's market position. The role is integral to impacting how teams work globally, as part of a fast-growing product line within a well-funded company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for the monday Service product.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify ESM opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Lead discovery and ESM-focused demos to align on business outcomes.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solution and connect usage to customer ROI.
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience selling a dedicated ITSM/ESM solution.
  • Experience in full direct sales cycle and cross-sale expansion.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and navigate contracts and legal discussions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute in a build-out phase.
  • Experience in partnership sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated passion for process improvement.
  • Track record of being a self-starter and results-oriented.
